The San Angelo Independent School District welcomes Goodfellow Air Force Base military connected families.

San Angelo ISD extends a warm welcome to all military families assigned to Goodfellow Air Force Base! We are excited to have your Pre-K-12th grade students enrolled in our school district. Together in partnership, SAISD and GFAB support more than 750 military-connected students. The SAISD Administration team understands the unique educational challenges military-connected students face when transitioning. You will find that SAISD educators are fully committed to supporting military-connected students by addressing educational challenges and promoting resiliency necessary to manage the military lifestyle. They strive to engage all students in a relevant and inspiring education to produce FUTURE-READY graduates! SAISD and Goodfellow AFB are committed to quality education and discovering additional ways to provide students with the support they deserve.

Goodfellow AFB School Liaison Office (SLO) 

The Goodfellow Air Force CYES-School Liaison program provides outreach, advocacy and partnership initiatives that generates real-time solutions for military-connected students in grades Pre-K-12 as they face global educational challenges. Located on Goodfellow Air Force Base, the School Liaison is the central point of contact for local educators, the instillation and the community. The School Liaison is able to assist military families in transition as well as their school campuses with student supports and resources. Your School Liaison is vested in Pre-K-12 educational partnerships, scholastic exploration and academic opportunities creating foundational building blocks for lasting school success!
